RECOMMENDATION

Visible QC is acceptable overall. Dial placement looks coherent; the 6 and 9 o’clock luminous bars show small image-only axis offsets, not compelling mounting defects.

S009 shows coherent marker placement. Complete, unobscured luminous bars support image axes of -0.2° at 6 o’clock (sensitivity -0.2° to 0.4°) and -0.3° at 9 o’clock (sensitivity -1.1° to 0.0°). Separately, 6 o’clock placement is -0.1° (sensitivity -0.3° to -0.1°); 9 and 11 o’clock placements are withheld. The native edges and completed diagnostic review support small visible offsets, not perfectly straight axes or confirmed mounting defects.

In S009’s native triangle crop and corrected reference, the upper edge is approximately level relative to the local track and the two sloping edges converge without a convincing lean.
